Meeting with parents of 1st-year students

On April 27, at the M. O. Auezov Pedagogical College, an online meeting was held with the parents of 1st-year students on the topic: “Formation of health and life skills of students and suicide prevention”.
During the meeting, the director of the college, Ph. D. Sh. A. Zhanaeva made a report on the topic “The role of knowledge monitoring and evaluation in improving the quality of education” and acquainted parents with the results of the control work received in order to test the basic knowledge of students of the 1st year.
Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Toktarbek M. Sh. presented to the attention of parents a comparative indicator of the quality of knowledge of groups, informing about changes in the organization of the educational process and the requirements for intermediate certification.
Also, the deputy director for educational work, N. Khauanova, made a report on the topic “Prevention of suicidal behavior among adolescents”, familiarized parents with information about the behavioral characteristics of a person prone to suicidal states. In order to avoid suicidal behavior, parents were given recommendations.
We hope that the events within the framework of the educational process of our educational institution will be supported and fruitfully conducted in order to form a successful, creative personality!
