An online conference on the topic “Today an educated student is a future qualified specialist” was held in the final groups of the department “Foreign Language” on the Zoom platform”

According to the results of pre-graduate state practice in 43, 44, 45 and 402 final groups of the department “Foreign Language” on the Zoom platform, an online conference “Today an educated student is a future qualified specialist” was held, which was attended by students of 3-4 courses of the department “Foreign language”, methodologists of the college, school teachers. The final conference of the practice was organized to support interns, provide them with opportunities for intellectual development, and master independent pedagogical work. The trainees were trained in district schools of the East Kazakhstan region, city secondary schools and grammar schools of Semey city and in duty classes of Almaty and Akmola regions in the regular mode and distance learning format. During the practice, the trainees completed the curriculum plan and developed 93 video tutorials in four groups. Video tutorials of interns are uploaded to the Youtube channel of the educational institution. At the final conference of interns, Nadira Nurzaypovna Nurmukhametova, an English teacher of the school-lyceum “SOSH No. 22”, a graduate of the educational institution, made a report on “Types and methods of assessment in the updated content of education” and shared her experience in school. Speaking at the conference from each group, the trainees shared their opinions on how to overcome the difficulties they faced, along with achievements in working with a student in regular and on-duty classes, during distance learning. During the pre-graduate practice, the future teacher felt the needs of the student, mastered the psychology of communication, developed individual experience with each student, strengthened communication with parents, was able to create conditions for student self-government, instilled an attitude to work, respect for elders, etc. During the state pre-graduate practice, trainees Kuandykov Alibek,Nurakayeva Shyryn, Aitmukasheva Gulim , Kalimoldayeva Ayazhan , Orazgazina Aidana , Amangeldina Enlik , Bakytbekova Anel , Kushigenov Akylzhan , Sabyrova Enlik , Shumbayeva Zhuldyz , Tleukhanova Zhansaya showed a creative approach to tasks , showed a high level of knowledge and took an active part in school events.Toleutayeva Gulim , Adebiyet Aisana , Nadirbayeva Togzhan and others were awarded letters of thanks by the school director and was noted at the conference on the issue of employment from the school. In their speeches, teachers of the school Musabekova Laura Ersayynovna, English teacher of KSU “SOSH No. 17” and Salimbekova Nursaule Shakarimovna, English teacher of KSU “SOSH No. 4”, noted that during the development of professional and pedagogical competence by interns online, the words of interns about the correct solution of difficulties in conducting classes in offline format and the ability to effectively use modern innovative technologies strengthened confidence in the profession.
